Designed to be worn around the house or at the gym during cardio/low impact workouts, the SS Waist Trainer is crafted with 9 steel rods to aid in creating that hourglass figure.  Made with four internal hooks, a zipper, and a waist band, the slimming effect is seen almost immediately. The SS Waist Trainer is great for postpartum recovery and aiding in posture. It is recommended to wear during your entire workout, especially during steady state cardio.
